Ontario Property Experts is looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our team.

We are a full-service property management company based in Ontario, Canada.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in IT and project management. You will be responsible for managing projects from initiation to completion, identifying and addressing issues and risks, and ensuring all tasks are completed on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:​

• Lead technical projects from conception to completion

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets

• Monitor project progress and report regularly to management

• Oversee resource planning and allocation

• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders

• Identify, assess, and manage project risks

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project completion

• Develop and implement process improvements to ensure successful future projects

• Analyze project data and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement

• Receive and review customer feedback to inform project decisions

• Design and maintain databases to track project progress and customer feedback

 

The successful candidate must have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical project management role

• Experience in the property management industry is a plus.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time / Permanent 

Salary: $40.00-$45.00 per hour

Schedule: 32.5 hours per week
